With Summer in full swing, we are revving up for peak veggie season! 😍 Over the past couple weeks, and continuing into October, The Skinny Pancake takes in several hundred pounds of basil🌱 every week to be processed at our commissary kitchen into the pesto that we love SO much! By the end of the year, we process an average of 3 tons of basil! 🙌
