Do you ever find yourself wondering where our “local” maple syrup comes from?

Here’s Josiah, our maple syrup provider enjoying a maple milkshake. One more example of how good food comes full circle at the Skinny Pancake.⁠⁠

Josiah has a wood-powered sugar shack in Lincoln, Vermont. We’ve been there, it’s beautiful. All of our maple syrup is “single origin” meaning it comes from a single source, Josiah being that source when it comes to our bottled SP maple and the maple at all of our VT locations.⁠⁠

We’re on our second season of sourcing with Jo and it’s always fun to see the differences from year to year, or even run to run in the same season. Maple production is serious work, and we’re so grateful for Vermont’s maple producers like Josiah. 🍁🧡⁠
