Brownies in Bed // A warm brownie nestled in an orange sweet crepe, served with a scoop of local vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and topped with raspberry sauce made with Fisher Brothers Farm raspberries. It’s our take on a brownie sundae and another old SP favorite making a triumphant return.⁠

Tomato Mozzarella Salad // Local tomatoes, fresh VT mozzarella, basil and balsamic vinegar to help hold onto the last of those summer 2023 vibes and keep things fresh.⁠

Cowpoke Burger // A smashburger topped with melted VT cheddar, maple BBQ sauce and crispy fried onions on a seeded bun, served with your choice of fries or greens.⁠

Housemade Raspberry Iced Tea // Y’all have been loving the booze-free drink specials we’ve been running these last few months, so we decided to keep things rolling with a homemade raspberry iced tea using those same Fisher Brothers Farm berries as above from Shelburne, VT.⁠
