What is The Skinny Pancake?

More than 20 years ago, brothers Jonny and Benjy Adler created a ramshackle crepe cart. Since then, The Skinny Pancake has experienced continual growth, with multiple locations across Vermont, Massachusetts, and New York. A socially-conscious restaurant committed to offering fresh, innovative food from open to close, The Skinny Pancake has become the go-to get-together spot for families and friends across New England.

We’re proud to add our name to the list of great Peabody restaurants that you already know and love, and we’re excited to introduce you to all that we have to offer. We offer a wide variety of sweet and savory options, making us your go-to spot for breakfast, lunch, and dessert.

Some of our fan-favorite creations include:

• Breakfast Monster Crepe: A perfectly-cooked crepe loaded with egg, Cabot cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, spinach, roasted squash, and basil-sunflower seed pesto.
• PB Caramel Crunch Crepe: A decadent chocolate crepe filled with creamy Saratoga PB Company peanut butter, chocolate chips, brown sugar caramel, and chopped peanuts.
• Johnny Crepe: A warm cornmeal crepe filled with maple BBQ pulled pork, Cabot cheddar cheese, and caramelized onions, served with a side of coleslaw and extra BBQ sauce for dipping.
• The Good Juju: Our signature housemate black bean burger topped with chipotle mayo, coleslaw, and Cabot cheddar cheese.
