To keep the good vibes going, we are letting locals and visitors know about the Skinny Pancake Summer Music Series. Our series will feature live music on the patio every Thursday throughout the summer.

Welcoming Back Eric George

One of the highlights of our summer will be welcoming back Eric George to our space as part of a weekly residency. Come by for cool tunes, cold drinks, and, of course, crepes. Eric George is a beloved local musician with a bluesy folk sound. He’s best known for his talented songwriting and has been on the scene for more than a decade. We promise his music pairs perfectly with our savory crepes and a cold beer.

Eric George will take the stage between 6 and 8 pm at the Skinny Pancake’s Burlington Waterfront location. The concert is free, and we invite people of all ages to sit back and enjoy the music. The summer concert series will start on June 5^th and go through the end of August.

This summer, Skinny Pancake’s Montpelier location is hosting a Summer Music Series as well, with a rotating lineup of talented local musicians performing on Thursdays from 6-8 pm. Grab a seat outside, enjoy one of our signature crepes or a cold drink, and take in the sounds of acoustic sets, soulful vocals, and upbeat rhythms. Whether you’re winding down after work or kicking off a fun night out, the relaxed patio setting and fresh musical talent make for a perfect summer evening. Each performance offers something new, making it a great excuse to keep coming back.

What to Expect at the Skinny Pancake

If you’re new to our restaurant, you’re in for a treat. We are open seven days a week at the Lake Champlain Waterfront. Although we are most well-known for our crepes, we have a little bit of everything. From basics like the Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap to more complex items like the Veggie Monster, we aim to appeal to a diverse range of tastes. If you’re a breakfast fan, you can enjoy the menu items all day long. Dig into a Breakfast Burrito while sitting outside and listening to live music. Burgers are also a popular menu item, with the SP Smash Burger being our bestseller. Made with an all-beef patty, the burger is then topped with Vermont cheddar cheese, onion jam, pickles, and our special Skinny Pancake sauce.

Order in person, and your food will be brought to your table when ready. Short on time? You can order ahead through our easy and convenient online menu. When you order online, you can pick up within the hour at the Burlington Waterfront.
