If you’re hanging out in Hadley after holiday break and you’re not sure what to do, we’ve got you. Our area has a ton to offer, and we encourage you to get out and get to know Hadley. Check out a few of our favorite winter activities in Hadley below.
Central Rock Gym
Whether you’ve climbed before or you’re thinking about giving it a try for the first time, rock climbing is a great workout that can challenge your mind as well as your body. Central Rock Gym (165 Russel St) offers over 24,000 square feet of climbing terrain, as well as classes and workout options to help you hone your skills.
The Quarters
Ready to kick it old school? The Quarters (8 Railroad St) offers coin-free, unlimited play. Take your time hanging out with friends and enjoying your favorite games. If you’re feeling hungry, be sure to check out the Bahn Mi Chicken sandwich—it’s fantastic. We also recommend heading over to The Quarters between 10 am and noon on Saturdays and Sundays, where you’ll get to enjoy a retro cereal bar while enjoying your favorite Saturday morning cartoons projected onto the big screen.
Skinner State Park
Bundle up and get ready to enjoy some gorgeous Massachusetts winter views as you hike through the paths of Skinner State Park (10 Skinner State Park Rd). Take your time hiking to the summit of Mt. Holyoke, and be sure to pack a snack so you can relax at the top of the mountain as you take in the surrounding views. With more than 40 miles of trails, you’ll be able to come back to Skinner State Park time and again for new and exciting adventures.
