Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience with a minimum of 2 years of that as a General Manager

Kitchen Management/Culinary Experience

NRA ServSafe Manager and VDLC-certified

Availability to work 8-10 hour shifts between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays

Minimum 3 years of working with a P&L statement

Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the operation

Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so

Must be able to coach and develop others effectively

Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is preferred

Business or relevant degree preferred

We are currently seeking cooks at The Skinny Pancake Quechee who are passionate about local food, supporting their team, and contributing to a bustling restaurant. Currently part time positions are available.

Compensation includes a competitive base wage in addition to a back-of-house revenue share split amongst staff each shift. This position has a base rate of $17-$19 per hour with an earning potential of over $21 per hour with our back-of-house revenue share program. When we’re busier, your pay goes up!

Front of House Staff positions are open for part-time fun-loving and energetic counter servers to join the team. Previous experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidates if you’re new to the restaurant world.

Serving at the Skinny Pancake includes assisting guests, taking orders, running and bussing tables, crafting espresso drinks, pouring beer and wine, and mixing simple cocktails. The Front of House team works together to ensure a vibrant, clean, and successful workspace by sharing all responsibilities, from taking care of guests and watering plants to cleaning the espresso machine, tasks and tips are shared.
