The Skinny Pancake in Montpelier is looking for a Front of House Manager to help lead our team moving into the Spring/Summer season.
This position will help oversee day-to-day operations, while also working shifts on the floor. Previous restaurant experience, ideally in a management role is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates looking to grow.
At the Skinny, all employees work together to ensure a vibrant, clean, and successful workspace by sharing all auxiliary tasks from watering plants to washing dishes to taking out the trash. Tasks and tips are shared and hourly rates are guaranteed based on experience and skills mastered – no server wage here!
