The Skinny Pancake at the BTV Airport is now hiring full-time Front of House Managers.
Our Restaurant Managers are key members of our leadership team. They work closely with the General Manager and the rest of the management team to create, develop, and sustain a positive team and successful restaurant, day in and day out.
Responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager include;
- opening and closing the restaurant, cash handling, programming POS, working alongside staff (coaching)
- supervising staff to ensure 100% guest satisfaction, training new employees
- managing costs such as food, labor, beverage, and operational supplies, maintaining equipment and overall cleanliness
- ensuring that we meet the requirements of the Health Department, Department of Liquor, Fire Department, etc.
Our ideal candidate for this position would be able to meet the responsibilities listed above in addition to being honest, hard working, positive, passionate about local food, and eager to develop both personally and professionally.
The right individual will have previous management experience, though we are willing to train the right person.
Since this position is in an secure Airport, this person must be organized and responsible and able to adhere to all TSA and BTV Airport guidelines. In addition, this individual will need to professionally interact with BTV and TSA staff. Ability to pass a background check is required at our BTV location.
