The Skinny Pancake is looking for an experienced restaurant superhero to join our team as a full-time Assistant Front of House Manager.
Our Restaurant Managers are key members of our leadership team. They work closely with the General Manager and the rest of the management team to create, develop, and sustain a positive team and successful restaurant day in and day out.
Responsibilities of the FOH Manager include;
- Performing daily restaurant operations: monitoring opening and closing procedures, POS operations, training and leading a team of staff, as well as helping to execute guest service
- Managing operating costs such as food, labor, beverage, and operating supplies,
- Scheduling staff based on changing business levels and in-restaurant demands
- Maintaining a safe, clean and efficient workplace
Our ideal candidate for this position would be honest, hardworking, positive, passionate about local food, and eager to develop both personally and professionally.
The right individual will ideally have previous management experience, but we are willing to further train the right candidate. Previous restaurant experience, and being awesome, are essential requirements.
