Rounds Manager – Northern Vermont

The Skinny Pancake is hiring a Rounds Manager at our Northern Vermont locations! This is a full-time position, and previous restaurant or managerial experience is required. The right candidate for this position is a motivated restaurant operator with a passion for quality foodservice performance. This person is hardworking, honest, optimistic, passionate about local food, and eager for professional development. This person is a supportive, consistent and collaborative manager, and leads by example.

The Rounds Manager is trained on Front of House and Back of House operations in multiple locations and is scheduled to cover gaps due to vacation, sickness or otherwise. The Rounds Manager will work in conjunction with the leadership team to generate insight and provide feedback to improve our performance at all outlets. This is a diverse position, no two days are the same.
