If you’re looking for restaurant deals, you’re in the right place: every Tuesday, we’re offering buy one get one crepes from 3 pm to close. If you’ve been eyeing up one of our new menu items, this is the perfect time to try a trusted favorite and a new variety. BOGO Tuesday is also a fantastic time to try one of our savory crepes, like the Popeye or the Lumberjack, followed with one of our sweet crepes, like the Sugarshack or the Heartbreaker. Be sure to set some time aside to enjoy a coffee or milkshake after you wrap up dinner – or mix it up and have both with one of our famous espresso shakes.

An important note: we do tend to get busy on BOGO Tuesday, so it’s a good idea to check in online so you can skip the wait when you get here. Prefer to take your BOGO crepes to go? No worries! It’s easy to order online – we’ll have your food ready for you when you get here.

At The Skinny Pancake, our crepes are exactly what our moniker makes them out to be – thin, wrap-able pastries (affectionately referred to as skinny pancakes around here) that are the perfect edible container for both sweet and savory fillings. Crepes originated in France, and thankfully, they’ve made their way around the globe. At The Skinny Pancake, we offer our full menu from open to close, allowing you to enjoy exactly what strikes your fancy.

Breakfast All Day

We’ve never quite understood why breakfast foods are meant for morning – to us, eggs and bacon are fantastic at any time.

We offer a wide variety of breakfast crepes (available all day long), including:

• Breakfast Monster: Egg, cheddar cheese, spinach, caramelized onion, roasted squash, and basil sunflower pesto all bundled in a perfectly savory crepe
• Deja Vu: Crumbled breakfast sausage, egg, Vermont apples, and cheddar cheese wrapped in a savory crepe and served with a side of local maple syrup
• Blueberry Frumple Cake: A sweet crepe topped with blueberry compote

Sweet Crepes

Our sweet crepes are great for a meal or as dessert! Some of our most popular sweet crepes include:

• PBB & Bee: Creamy peanut butter, banana, and a drizzle of Vermont honey folded into a sweet crepe
• Blueberry Pie: A sweet crepe topped with Vermont blueberry compote and toasted streusel, served with a side of locally sourced ice cream
