Across Pancakia, this crepe + coffee partnership has been made possible thanks to our years-long relationship with VT Artisan Coffee and Tea. After many tasting sessions with their owner and roaster, Mane, at their facility in Waterbury, we’re taking things to the next level and launching our very own exclusive roasts, a light, and a dark! We really dialed these in to be both unique and accessible- kind of like the Skinny P.
