The Skinny Pancake: Our Story

In the summer of 2003, Jonny and Benjy Adler made a cart from word scraps and a junked sailboat trailer – and served the first Skinny Pancake that the Burlington area would come to know and love. The brothers’ venture has experienced steady growth since their humble beginnings, and are known for their commitment to serving fresh, local foods whenever possible. With locations throughout New York and Vermont, The Skinny Pancake is proud to provide the Northeast with craving-crushing crepes (and burgers, and coffee… and more) any time of day.
